Want to view your X-rays or scans?

  1. Register at reception
    When you come in for your x-ray or scan, we’ll ask if you’d like access to them online and will register you.
  2. Activate your account
    Shortly after registering at reception, you’ll receive an SMS. Simply click on the link in the SMS to activate your account.
  3. Change your password
    Your username and temporary password is the mobile telephone number you provided to reception. You will be asked to set your own password during the account activation process.
  4. Receive email advising images are ready
    You will receive an email when your images are ready for viewing. This may take up to 24 hours. Your report will be available via Patient Portal 5 days after your Referrer receives them.
  5. Log into Patient Portal
    The ‘Report’ button will become active when the results are delivered.

Download the FSR Patient app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or visit https://patient.fsradiology.com.au to view your images.

Patient Portal is an optional service offered by Fowler Simmons Radiology. Your referring practitioner already has online access to your images and report.
